After last week’s more relaxed photo of Hartford in the Sixties, courtesy the collection Joe Sokola sent to us, let’s take a look at the more bustling side of the city in these two photos. Above we see the old Connecticut statehouse, looking west from State Street, and plenty of traffic caught at the light. Below, we see bumper-to-bumper traffic in an unknown location. Tell us what you see here and what you think the cause of the backup in the second photo might be.
