Some people fill their garages with old cars to restore. Joel Baker fills his with 20-foot-tall fiberglass muffler men of multiple configurations, many of which he’s documented as part of his American Giants website and video series. (via)
* Barry Wolk recently discovered a trove of Continental Mark II photos documenting the prototyping and development of the mid-century pinnacle car and shared them all with us at VW Vortex.
* Ford’s Rotunda, for a couple years in the mid-Fifties, hosted a custom car show that attracted some interesting and unique cars, as Custom Car Chronicles recently noted with plenty of photos documenting the cars on display in the shows.
* Jeroen Booij at Maximum Mini finally got an answer in his quest to learn more about a one-off six-wheeler Mini Clubman, and the answer’s a pretty good story at that.
* Finally, All Over Albany has a brief writeup about the Weebermobile, a car built in the Albany area more than 100 years ago.
